Another year means another round of birthday celebrations for characters of one of my favourite mobile otome games!
Shuu’s birthday will be in February so my friend, Ms Nanami has already started some work on the album where fan art and messages will be collected and sent to Ciagram’s office in Tokyo!
Messages and birthday wishes for Shuu will be collected from February 8 to 15 (JST) on Twitter and comments that are left in this post. Messages in any language are welcomed!
☆Leave a comment below with your message in 25-30 words and include your preferred name
☆Tweet your message with these hashtags (#プリクロシュウ誕 #priclo_shuubday) anytime during February 8-15. If your Twitter account is made private, feel free to send me a DM (@aheadofthenight) and I’ll relay it to Ms Nanami 😀
Check out the past work done by Ms Nanami and many other Japanese fans who contributed not only messages but also fan-created content (artwork, short stories) of Princess Closet!
The resident yandere character and also the last of four playable characters for Princess Closet, Akito Shinonome’s birthday is coming up in October and here are the details!
Messages will be accepted from midnight October 8, 2017 (JST) to October 15, 2017.
Like earlier birthday projects, you either
☆leave a comment below with your message (between 25-30 words) and preferred nickname
☆tweet your message with both hashtags (#プリクロアキト誕 #priclo_akitobday) on Twitter. If you don’t, we won’t be able to find it!
Messages in any language are welcomed! Please feel free to translate this post into your language. I only ask to be linked back 🙂
And there was a response from Ciagram and Kai!
Fans of the now-defunct Poupee Girl, rejoice! Dolly Collection is a dress-up game by two former members of Poupee Girl development team, the lead designer (@maminoir) and the developer, Okawa Hitoshi.
I found this by coincidence when I was looking through my recommended follows on Instagram. It looks gorgeous and has a good variety of styles available for dress-up when you begin.
Despite the lack of social networking aspect (Poupee Girl was a place where you upload photos of your own clothes as well as dressing up your doll), this is a really good start!
Free items are given from time to time and there are even more lovely dress-up pieces at the shop.
Additional dolls and dress-up items are also available for purchase at 360yen and at various prices respectively (per doll/item).
The app is only available on iOS at the moment and requires iOS 10 as well as iPhone 5 and newer models for it to work. An internet connection is also required while you play.

Check out the hashtags, #dollycollection on Twitter or Instagram for dress-up screenshots by users! Besides the first image showing all the six different dolls in a variety of fashion styles, everything else is of my own doll xD
Liar! Uncover the Truth is the English release of Doubt! ~Usotsuki no Otoko wa Dare?~. It features the main character who is a successful wedding planner, good at what she does and has an amazing boyfriend until she finds clues that point to her boyfriend’s cheating ways?!
After breaking up with her cheating boyfriend, she goes to a matchmaking party and 10 seemingly gorgeous guys lands on her feet. A fortune-teller tells her only one guy is the real thing while the rest are liars!
This begins your journey to find who’s lying and finally catch your Mr. Right ♡
This was my first Voltage game, I like how smooth and clean it looks. The character designs and backgrounds are polished, easy on the eyes and animated with amusing expressions. There are Japanese and English releases.
There is also a spin-off subtitled, Office wa Danjou no Uso Darake which is now released as Office Deception.
There are 10 guys and so far, I’ve been smoothly going through each story. If you chose the wrong guy in your accusation portion, it’ll count as a mistake too.
Your savvy points are affected by your number of mistakes so carefully go through the stories and notes as well as evidence that you’ve collected!
The system is fascinating and possibly addictive until you have to wait for the energy to be replenished |D One thing though, I didn’t like how otakus were portrayed and hope it’s not like that in the other routes.
The Japanese release includes voices though if you played it without voices previously, you will have to play it again.

With the release of Kai’s route in the international version of Princess Closet, did you find his story interesting?
You might know that his birthday is on August 16 and Ms Nanami Youko from Japan will be hosting another birthday project for him this year (like she did with Reo!).
Like Reo’s birthday project, users outside Japan are welcome to send in their birthday wishes (more details below)!
The messages will be collected from July 29 to August 5 midnight (JST).
Now, you can either comment below in 25-30 words (please include your name otherwise we will use the name that you used) or tweet your message on Twitter with these hashtags (#プリクロカイ誕 and #priclo_kaibday). Feel free to use any language you are comfortable with!
(Due to the international release using the hashtag, #princesscloset – Ms Nanami has change it to make it easier to find the birthday tweets.)
You can find Ms Nanami’s blog entry about Kai’s birthday project here. You can see the cover of the album as well as other things that other Japanese fans have made!
Non-English fans, please feel free to translate this entry into your language! I only ask to be linked back 🙂
Finally jumped on the A3! wagon a month ago and it’s been really interesting. You’re basically raising actors (instead of idols) and it’s a good change from all the idol phenomenon.
I like how the other members that are behind the scenes look like possible main characters and interesting in their own way. Usually, I’d focus on the main members ’cause the rest simply don’t attract my interest /shot
Yukina, a friend of mine called A3! a ‘houchi game’ – where I can just leave it and come back to it after a while. I don’t have to keep grinding at notes (rhythm games lol) and trying to hit the ‘perfect combo’. It’s really chill and I love it.
The story’s pretty interesting and the protagonist, Izumi-chan trained as a stage actor (and probably as a scriptwriter, director too but I’m not sure about that) who came in search of Mankai Company as someone from that theatre troupe sent her father a letter.
Izumi’s father is missing in action and hasn’t been home in years. She found the theatre while someone was attempting to bulldoze it as there’s an overwhelming amount of debt with barely any good performers and audience. Izumi somehow found herself taking the place of director tasked to get a show running in a month, in exchange for the debt being written off. First, she has to get enough members for each troupe based on the four seasons.
Somehow, Izumi found herself taking the place of director tasked to get a show running in a month, in exchange for the debt being written off. First, she has to get enough members for each troupe based on the four seasons.
There’s the prologue and one arc for each seasonal troupe. Each arc spans over 30 chapters. I wonder what happens after Winter when we’ve got to know all the members of each troupe. Will Mankai Company finally return to its former glory?
I love that the game has a really solid story and the gameplay makes you connect with the characters. Really recommend this game☆
The game already released a CD of their theme song featuring the leaders of each troupe. CDs featuring the Spring and Summer troupes will be released and will see a few solo character songs!
Have you been playing A3! and what made you start playing? (*’▽’) (Oh, I started because Yukina told me they’re giving away 300 diamonds to commemorate a certain occasion LMAO)
Download them here
PSA: Never post the full screenshot of your home menu with your ranking, number of diamonds and the like. Be careful of what you share on various social networking sites. There are people who would take your screenshots and email Liber’s customer service to “regain” access.
roseVerTe’s upcoming otome visual novel crowdfunding campaign is now live on Indiegogo!
How to Fool A Liar King is the sequel to How To Take Off Your Mask but is also a standalone story. It stars a catgirl protagonist named Regina, who suddenly finds herself in Eroolia. She then met Juli and his companions when she decided to join them to the country of Laarz, a country of cat people. Will Regina be able to return home? Is there a particular reason why she’s here in Eroolia?

There are a variety of tiers/perks for backers from wallpapers, Indiegogo-exclusive artbook behind the character design, background artworks of the Eroolia series, the game itself at a special price, DLCs and also the chance to be credited in the game as a patron!
The game has also been successfully Greenlit on Steam! Two character promotional videos featuring Regina and Juli respectively can be found below.
roseVerTe is about $2100 away from their goal so let’s help them get funded!
Don’t they sound amazing? I can’t wait for the release (≧∇≦)
So remember to support their crowdfunding campaign!
I’ve been asked by Nanami-sama, an active Princess Closet fan from Japan to spread Reo’s 2017 Birthday Project to the English-speaking community (non-English speakers can also forward your messages, it won’t be a problem!).
What you have to do
All dates and times are in Japan Standard Time (GMT +9).
Nanami-sama will regularly collect the tagged tweets during that time period. The messages will then be printed and collected in a scrapbook. Photos of the scrapbook will be posted on Nanami-sama’s Twitter account and blog after it’s been received by Ciagram.
If you know friends who play Princess Closet, tell them to join in and celebrate Reo’s birthday together! Help spread the word! ✨
Here‘s Nanami-sama’s blog post about Reo’s 2017 birthday project.
If there’s any questions, leave a comment and I’ll ask Nanami-sama 🙂
